1. Introduction

2. Service Agreement

When you schedule a cleaning service with OneTouch Cleaners Sacramento, you are entering into a mutually beneficial contract in which you:

Agree to provide access to your property at the agreed-upon date and time for our cleaning service.
Commit to maintaining a safe working environment for our personnel. Confirm that you possess the necessary rights to utilize our services for the specified property.

3. Pricing and Payment

Estimates for cleaning services are provided based on the information provided by you, our esteemed client.
Prices may vary depending on the condition of the property at the time of service.
In instances where the condition of the property requires additional attention beyond the initial estimate, supplementary fees may be applicable. We will communicate any such charges to you prior to commencing the service.
Payment is expected upon completion of the cleaning service. For recurring services, payments will be due according to the agreed-upon schedule.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You retain the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring any penalties.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a nominal fee.

5. 24-hour Warranty

Your satisfaction is our priority. Should you find the cleaning service unsatisfactory, kindly notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will promptly arrange a complimentary re-cleaning of your property.

6. Referral Program

As a token of appreciation for your loyalty and support, we offer a referral program. Clients may earn one complimentary cleaning service for every ten successful referrals resulting in bookings or after ten completed services by the referred client.

7. Limitation of Liability

OneTouch Cleaners shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or losses, including but not limited to loss of earnings.
We assume no responsibility for damage or loss of items that were not properly secured or identified as fragile or valuable at the time of booking.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount to us. Rest assured, all client information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is securely protected.

9. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California.

10. Disputes

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the state of California.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be promptly notified of any revisions.
